slow service difficult refund
i had to ask for cutlery. also, the bar staff seemed engrossed in the till and refund, so it took a while to get everything sorted. it wasn't a smooth experience.

fantastic experience!

helpful staff breakfast choice
the location is superb, right across from the train station. it was easy to get around. the staff were helpful and kind to my son! i really appreciated that they were great too assist him. breakfast was AMAZING!!! there was a wide array of choices.
the double beds in the room were quite narrow. the mattresses felt worn. it affected the quality of sleep.

excellent location spacious room great addition hard pillow central air-con room safe
the location was excellent. it was right across from the train station, very handy. the room was spacious and super clean. the bar had a fuzball table, a great addition!!!
the pillows were rock hard and lumpy. the central air-con gave us no control over the room temperature. there was no fridge or room safe.

the hotel was near the train station. it was easy to walk to many places i wanted to see. the room was spacious. the restaurant had much light, a bright interior, and a modern style.
i booked a double room. the description said it included a king size bed. however, the bed was two single mattresses pushed together. it was not a king size bed. the pillows felt hard and uncomfortable. i did not get a good night's sleep.

Acceptable stay, but some issues need attention

loose seating broken ac
The breakfast had a good selection.
The communal toilets were not well maintained. I observed loose seating and water on the floor (hygiene is important). My room was basic, also it was small. The air conditioning was broken, I noted lights were not working, and there was a lack of available plugs.
